As the OWEN project manager my main task is to manage the team responsible for the delivery of the Project. I am keen to ensure that beneficiaries have a positive experience whilst they are involved with OWEN and that the team are tackling worklessness for older workers across the Humber sub region.

As partnership officer I introduce OWEN to other organisations who deliver services which can help OWEN beneficiaries move nearer to employment. I set up partnership agreements with training providers, recruitment agencies, employers, community and voluntary groups. OWEN works with these partners to move OWEN beneficiaries back into work.

We work closely with clients, from the moment they join and for the duration of the project. We will carry out a client's initial information, advice and guidance session, and advise clients on their next steps, including booking clients onto the OWEN workshop programme.
