CASEWORKS - senior catering supervisor (employment support)
Working for a newly established Social Enterprise, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day-operation of the various commercial catering operations. CASEWORKS employs people with a learning disability offering them support and training in the commercial market, your duties will include: Vocational support to our staff with learning disabilities. Organising procedures and maintaining a high standard of service, maximising customer expectations, working hands on to cover for holidays and sickness.
Hours 37.5 a week (Mon – Fri 7am– 3pm)
Wage Circa £18,000 p.a.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience of commercial catering, preferably in a similar role
• Level 3 aualification catering or equivalent
• Basic IT skills
• Experience of training and developing staff
• Food hygiene level 3
• A full, clean driving licence
Experience of working with people with a learning disability would be an advantage but not essential.
CASE has provided training & support for people with learning disabilities for 25 years. CASEWORKS was established in 2009 to maximise the employment potential for people within CASE.
