Mark Grindell, 50, from Withernsea, was made redundant just before Christmas and started volunteering at Autistic Living Solutions and Cascade, where he is now working part-time. He said: “The team helped me make up a new CV and learn new skills around completing application forms. I’d not had a job interview for a long time and attending the OWEN sessions really helped me find and apply for jobs.”
